  • Love this campsite! Really flexible campsite with loads of rooma and great views over the hills. Showers and toilets are very clean and done so on a regular basis. Close to porthleven town centre and really reasonably priced. Wendy and her dogs are such a friendly addition! Will definitely be back.

  • When leaving a review I always think, did I get what I expected? I can state that we did. Really helpful friendly staff, Wendy was particularly welcoming. During the night of Storm Evert they kept us updated about the forthcoming danger throughout, even going round at 3am to help people in distress. The toilet & shower blocks whilst basic are regularly cleaned and sanitised. The views over the rolling hills and down to Porthleven are lovely & Porthleven is only a short walk into town. The fields are hilly so if in a motorhome, good ramps and blocks are advisable. There is no electric hookup but there is a chemical waste disposal point. Well worth the fees for a beautiful old style campsite. .

  • We stayed at this campsite earlier this month and loved it! Very quiet, well situated and spotlessly clean facilities. We received a very friendly welcome from Wendy and her dogs. An added bonus was a lift into town from Wendy on a very warm evening.

  • Liked: Quiet - plenty of space to be away from other campers. 15-20 min walk to Portlevan - a small and pretty fishing hamlet. …
